The Boston Celtics opened up there 4 game road trip with a win in Portland last night. Ray Allen led the way with 18 point and Kendrick Perkins had 10 points and 9 rebounds in the 88-78 win. Paul Pierce had 17 points and left the game with a thigh injury. Kevin Garnett added 9 assists in the win. The Celtics head to Phoenix for the second game of a back-to-back tonight where they expect to get Shaquille O’Neal back in the lineup.
